| Laboratory Charges |

Conventional Laboratory Testing done outside the office (i.e. blood work, urine testing, etc.) will be billed by the lab performing the tests. These tests vary in cost. Fees for Alternative Assessments (i.e. enzyme assessment, food assessment) are due at the time of the visit and are not billable to insurance.

Dr. Gazsi participates in Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Oxford Health Plans. Many other health insurance companies may reimburse for Dr Gazsi's services. All health insurance plans will only cover office visits and conventional lab work. They will not cover alternative assessments, therapies or supplements that Dr Gazsi may prescribe.
