You will be asked to fill in a detailed health-related questionnaire. Your entire medical history will be reviewed at this visit. Some Alternative Assessments may be run if these will help ascertain deficiencies that contribute to certain illnesses. You may be asked to go to a lab for further blood or urine testing. If you have had any tests performed in the last 6 months, please bring copies for review. This may negate the need for further lab testing.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. There is usually no wait time before an appointment. Please strive to be on time as your appointment may be shortened if you are late.

After the initial consultation, we will schedule a follow-up visit in two to three weeks to review test results (if performed), and to set up a treatment plan. The cost for this and subsequent visits is $110.00 (Unless you are on a value plan).
